This late summer salad is a winner with avocado for texture and almond butter for a salty seasoning. By Chef Sarah Bambey

Ingredients

  • 1 spiralized zucchini

  • 1 spiralized cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful of baby spinach

Dressing

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 minced garlic glove
  • himalayan salt (to taste)

Method

  1. Spiralize zucchini and cucumber.  With your 3 in 1 Avocado tool, slice 1/2 avocado saving the other half with Coverblubber.

  2. Combine all salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Sprinkle with Himalayan salt and enjoy!
